This policy explains how Digital Vanish collects, uses, and shares information through digitalvanish.com. It is written for this launch build, which uses Netlify hosting and Netlify Forms and does not include advertising cookies or third-party analytics by default.
Information you provide
Digital Vanish collects information you choose to submit through assessment and contact forms, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, selected issue type, and message. Do not submit Social Security numbers, passwords, financial account details, medical records, or unredacted identification documents.
Technical information
The hosting provider may process standard server information such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs to deliver and protect the website.
How information is used
- To respond to requests and provide relevant educational guidance.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
- To investigate spam, abuse, or security problems.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce site terms.
Service providers
Form submissions and hosting data may be processed by Netlify as a service provider. If Digital Vanish later adds email delivery, analytics, customer-management, scheduling, or affiliate platforms, this policy must be updated before those tools are used.
Sale of personal information
Digital Vanish does not sell personal information submitted through its forms. Information may be shared with service providers used to host the website, process submissions, deliver responses, maintain security, or comply with law.
Retention
Form submissions are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Sensitive information sent contrary to the form warning may be deleted without being processed.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted by using the contact form and selecting “Privacy request” as the subject. Digital Vanish may need to verify the request before acting.
Cookies and analytics
This launch build does not intentionally set advertising cookies or install third-party analytics. The hosting provider may use essential technical mechanisms required to deliver and secure the site. If analytics or advertising tools are added, this policy and any required consent controls must be updated first.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 13, and Digital Vanish does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the forms.
Security
No website or email system can guarantee absolute security. Digital Vanish limits requested information and warns users not to submit highly sensitive records. Use an appropriate emergency, legal, platform, or law-enforcement channel when immediate safety is involved.
Changes
Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
