These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of digitalvanish.com and the services offered by Strategy Vision Management Network LLC doing business as Digital Vanish (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or services, you agree to these Terms.

Digital Vanish is a brand and service of Strategy Vision Management Network LLC. We help clients submit removal, opt-out, and suppression requests to major people-search and related platforms.

2. Services

Our services may include:

  • Submitting removal or opt-out requests to selected people-search platforms
  • Optional ongoing monitoring and follow-up requests when information reappears
  • Related communication and support

Platform coverage, methods, and timelines may change as third-party sites change their processes.

3. No guarantee of permanent removal

Important: We do not guarantee that your information will be permanently removed from the internet or from any platform. People-search platforms often repopulate data from public records and other sources. Information may reappear. Ongoing protection, where purchased, is intended to address reappearances on covered platforms, not to guarantee a permanent state of removal.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Only submit requests regarding information you are authorized to manage
  • Respond to reasonable verification requests from us or platforms when needed
  • Use the services only for lawful purposes

5. Authorization

By submitting a removal request, you authorize Strategy Vision Management Network LLC / Digital Vanish to act on your behalf to submit opt-out, suppression, and related requests to people-search and similar platforms using the information you provide.

6. Fees and payments

Fees, if any, will be disclosed before you purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by law.

7. Affiliate program

Affiliate participation is subject to separate approval and any affiliate terms we provide. We may accept, reject, or terminate affiliate relationships at our discretion.

8. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials are owned by the Company or its licensors. You may not copy or exploit them without permission.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES AND SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT REMOVALS WILL BE COMPLETE, PERMANENT, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS WILL HONOR REQUESTS IN ANY PARTICULAR WAY.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising out of your misuse of the services, inaccurate information you provide, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Third-party platforms

We do not control third-party people-search sites or their policies. Their actions, delays, refusals, or re-listings are outside our full control.

13. Termination

We may suspend or stop services if you breach these Terms, provide false information, or misuse the service. Provisions that should survive termination will survive.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes will be in the state or federal courts located in California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
